The Cigna Healthcare^® Specialty Medical Injectables with Reimbursement Restriction guidelines state that certain injectables must be dispensed and their claims must be submitted by a specialty pharmacy contracted by Cigna Healthcare, unless otherwise authorized by Cigna Healthcare.

On March 30, 2026, Cigna Healthcare expanded the Specialty Medical Injectables with Reimbursement Restriction drug list to include Loargys^® (pegzeilarginase-nbln).
