Immunization Fee Schedule (NIIFS) quarterly update

The Cigna Healthcare National Injectable and Immunization Fee Schedule (NIIFS) is used to reimburse professional and facility providers for payment of injectable drugs and immunizations. Updates to the schedule are generally made each quarter and become effective on February 1, May 1, August 1, and November 1.

The 2026 second quarter NIIFS has been updated and will become effective on May 1, 2026.
