On July 1, Cigna Healthcare^® will launch a new copay-only medical plan, Clearity, that is designed to simplify health care, improve convenience, and have predictable costs for customers without limiting access to high-quality care. The plan will be administered by Allegiance, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cigna Healthcare.

Allegiance will manage core plan operations, including benefit plan setup, claims processing, customer service, utilization management, case management clinical support, care management, and provider payments and communications. Providers who participate in the Cigna Healthcare Open Access Plus (OAP) network will be in network for Clearity.

Patients with Clearity coverage will be able to:

• Make informed health care decisions with upfront pricing, verified patient reviews, and an AI-assisted digital experience via the myCigna^® app and portal.
• Access medical and behavioral services at varying copay levels, including office visits, laboratory services, imaging, and physical therapy.

Customers with Clearity coverage will have a digital ID card^* accessible on their mobile phones.
