HealthPartners, a Cigna Healthcare^SM strategic partner, has implemented a simplified way for providers to verify customer eligibility on their portal without registering for an account. Effective immediately, providers can visit healthpartners.com/guesteligibility as a guest to verify customer coverage and view basic benefit information.

Note: Customer eligibility and detailed benefit information is still available by registering through the HealthPartners provider portal at healthpartners.com/provider.

Claim mailing address update

Providers should use the preferred method and file claims electronically by using payer ID 94267 for HealthPartners. However, please note the following address change effective immediately for submitting paper claims:

Providers can identify patients with coverage through a HealthPartners plan by their ID card, which includes the new mailing address to submit claims.
