Beginning January 1, 2025, Cigna Healthcare^℠ will no longer offer Individual & Family Plans (IFPs) in the following markets:

• Pennsylvania
• South Carolina
• Utah
• Leon County, Florida
• Lake County, Illinois
• McHenry County, Illinois

As a result, customers in the affected markets with Evernorth^® Behavioral Health (Evernorth) benefits through their Cigna Healthcare IFP will no longer have coverage beginning January 1, 2025. This does not affect their coverage through December 31, 2024.

Affected customers enrolled in IFP plans in these markets were notified that their coverage will end on December 31, 2024. Customers can choose a different carrier and plan beginning November 1, 2024.

What this means to you
You can submit claims for services that were rendered to affected customers on or before the coverage end date of December 31, 2024. Claim submission information can be found on the back of the customer’s ID card. As a reminder, please verify your patient’s benefits, eligibility, and plan information prior to rendering services in 2025.
