On December 5, our claim processing system for Cigna Healthcare® Medicare Advantage plans was updated to include new rejection codes. This may result in claim rejections due to mismatched customer information, such as a misspelled name.
You should review your claim submission rejection reasons and ensure the customer information on the claim matches the customer ID card and Real Time Eligibility.
Please resubmit claims with correct, matching customer information if you see one of the following rejection codes:
