Updated Advanced Primary Care Management information

Please be aware of an important change to the Cigna Healthcare® Medicare Advantage provider manual to include information on advanced primary care management reimbursement. Effective June 1, 2025, Cigna Healthcare Medicare Advantage will not reimburse for advanced primary care management services, as defined by CMS. By way of example and without limitation, these services currently include CPT codes G0556, G0557, and G0558. Refer to the provider manual for additional information.
