These supplies are available to your patients with Cigna Healthcare Medicare Advantage plans at no cost,* as outlined below, when obtained from network-participating pharmacies.

• Preferred monitors and test strips or preferred CGM sensors: $ 0 copayment
• Lancets: 0 percent coinsurance
• Quantity limits:
  • One meter every two years
• Nonpreferred monitors (e.g., talking monitors) and test strips require an approved organization determination
• Prior authorization is not required for preferred meters and strips, preferred monitors, and CGM sensors and test strips
