Changes to your Provider.Evernorth portal login screens

Beginning September 27, users will experience newly designed login screens on the Evernorth provider portal (Provider.Evernorth.com). This enhancement is part of an ongoing effort to provide a more streamlined user experience.

Step-by-step

While the appearance of the screens has changed, users can continue to use their current username and password to access their account. No further action is necessary.

See below for instructions and sample login screens:

  • Click Log In to enter your username. Enter your username, then click Next.
  • Enter your password in the field in the next screen, then click Continue.
  • You will be prompted in the next screen to Verify your identity by entering either your email address or cell phone number (SMS).

Important note: When submitting requests for changes about portal access (e.g., email update, password reset, multi-factor authentication enrollment, or verification method), users will receive notification from a new Evernorth® email address: noreply@universal.account.evernorth.com. The email will include a hyperlink that will direct users to make their requested changes.
