  • All of our plans include the benefits that are most attractive to older adults: Dental, vision, fitness, meal delivery following hospitalization, and enhanced hearing benefits.
  • In all markets, we offer affordable plan options with at least one $0 premium plan available.
  • Most markets offer a plan with a rebate toward the customer’s Medicare Part B monthly premium.
  • All of our plans promote vitality through preventive care—including regular checkups, screenings, and vaccinations—and many provide financial incentives for completing preventive care activities.
  • Many plans include benefits to address social determinants of health, including utility assistance and allowances for over-the-counter health-related items and healthy foods.
  • Virtual companionship and home support coordination to address the mental and physical health challenges associated with chronic loneliness via HomeThrive, with a focus on social interaction via phone, smart phone or computer including virtual games, art classes, concerts and more.
