You should continue conducting payer interactions for Cigna Medicare customers in Availity Essentials but now under the HealthSpring name. Starting January 1, the HealthSpring Medicare Advantage space will support data for Cigna Medicare claims prior to January 1, 2026, along with HealthSpring claims January 1, 2026, and after.
