Is your Cigna Healthcare Medicare Advantage Provider Directory listing up to date? Ensuring your contact information is accurate makes it easier for our customers find you and lets them know if you are accepting new patients.

Because our directory pulls provider demographic information from the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System (NPPES), it is critical that you update your information on NPPES as soon possible. To update your information, log in to and review your demographic information.

As a reminder, NPPES provides core directory data elements (provider name, provider specialty, provider address, provider telephone number) for virtually every provider in the country. Collectively, these data elements represent 91% of the errors found during CMS provider directory reviews.

Updating your listing is easy, just choose one of the options below:

  • If you are enrolled in the Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare, update your listing by visiting the CAQH Provider Data Portal or calling 888.600.9802.
  • Visit, click on “Find a Doctor” and enter your name. To update your listing, click on “Report Incorrect Information,” enter your contact information in the comments field and submit.
  • Email or fax your market representative (refer to the chart below).
