Using the Provider Newsroom

Navigating the Provider Newsroom

The Provider Newsroom is easy to navigate, allowing you to quickly find the information you are looking for.

  • To navigate to a line of business: Either go to the “Divisions” drop-down in the top right corner and select the line of business you are looking for or click on “U.S. Commercial” or “Behavioral Health” under the banner at the top of the page.
  • To find a topic on the selected line-of-business home page: Click the “Filter” drop-down under the banner at the top of the page > click on the topic you are looking for > all articles related to this topic will appear.
  • To navigate back to the selected line-of-business home page: Click on the logo in the top left corner.
  • To navigate back to the Provider Newsroom home page: Click on “Home” at the top of the page.

Creating, accessing, and updating your account

  • To create an account: Click “Create Account” at the top right of the page > complete the account information form > select the topics that you are most interested in > click “Submit” at the bottom of the page > look out for the confirmation email and follow the steps in that to set your password > once your account is created, your personalized newsfeed will appear on the Provider Newsroom home page under “Newsroom.”
  • To log in to your account: Click “login” on the top right of the page > enter your email and password > click “Login” at the bottom of the page > your personalized newsfeed will appear on the Provider Newsroom home page under “Newsroom.”
  • To edit your profile: When logged in, click “edit profile” in the top right corner > click either “Edit Information” or “Edit Topics” based on what you are looking to update > update either your account information or topics of interest based on what you chose to edit > click “Save” at the bottom > if you edited your topics of interest, articles related to these selected topics will now appear in your personalized newsfeed.
  • To log out: When logged in, click “Logout” in the top right corner > the home page will no longer show your personalized newsfeed.
  • To reset your password: On the login page, click “Forgot your password?” under the password field > enter the email address you used to create your account > you will receive an email with a link to reset your password > click on the link and enter your new password or click on “Generate Password” for the system to generate a password for you > click “Save Password” > click “Go to Provider Newsroom” and then log in from there.

Other tips

  • Search: You can search for articles and topics by clicking on the magnifying glass in the top right corner. The search feature will show results for the line of business whose page you searched from.
  • Archive: The archive contains all articles for a given line of business displayed in reverse date order.
  • Personalized newsfeed: Your personalized newsfeed will only appear when you are logged in and on the Provider Newsroom home page, not the home pages for the other lines of business.
  • Easy access: You can bookmark or favorite pages using your browser for quick and convenient access.
