Massachusetts—Reminder to update your online provider directory listing

It is important to Cigna Healthcare® and our customers that your provider directory demographics are accurate. Please periodically review your information in the current provider directory on Cigna.com and notify us of any changes. This includes, but is not limited to, updates to your:

  • Mailing address, office location, or billing address
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI)
  • Specialty
  • Tax Identification Number (TIN)
  • Phone number

You should also update your status to indicate if you are no longer accepting new patients. This is an important element that our customers rely on to access care.

You can submit demographic changes using the following methods:

  • Providers and groups:

  • Hospitals and ancillary providers:
    • Fax: 646.459.2180
    • Email: CPOCIMs@Evernorth.com

You may also submit demographic changes by logging in to the Cigna for Health Care Professionals portal (CignaforHCP.com) > Working With Cigna > Directory Update.

If your contract is through a third-party network to which our patients with Cigna Healthcare coverage have access, please submit all demographic changes through that entity.
