The HEDIS and Quality Rating System (QRS) Quick Reference Guide (QRG) is now available to support Groups in their efforts to collect HEDIS and QRS measures for the 2024 measurement year.

What’s in the QRG?

The QRG outlines:

• The billing code glossary.
• Benefits of Current Procedural Terminology Category II (CPT^® II) codes.
• Benefits of International Classification of Diseases, Tenth Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-10-CM) codes.
• Tips and best practices for medical record documentation to close gaps in care and improve quality outcomes.

We encourage you to utilize the QRG to reduce the amount of medical records that Cigna Healthcare requests, as well as to help maintain or achieve better HEDIS scores.
