In a recent survey, customers were asked to share their opinions about Cigna Healthcare coaching programs. The overall coach satisfaction rate was extremely favorable in 2024, with 96 percent of customers indicating they are very satisfied or satisfied with their personal health coach.2

Among patients responding to the 2025 Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®)* survey questions on “Getting Needed Care,” 80 percent reported they were able to get needed care by scheduling an appointment to see a specialist and found it easy to get the care, tests, or treatment they needed.3
